What does a turnkey project include?
Everything from property search and purchase support through to architecture, renovation, decoration, and final styling. The scope is defined personally with each client — no two projects are identical.
Do I need to be in Madrid during the project?
No. We manage the full process remotely if needed. You receive regular updates and are consulted on the decisions that require your input. Everything else is handled.
How is the investment structured?
Our fee is composed of a design and management fee plus a percentage on total procurement costs. Everything is agreed and transparent before the project begins. There are no hidden additions.
Can you help if I already own the property?
Yes. The property search phase is optional. If you already own or have selected a property, we begin from the design and renovation phase.
