We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If, however, you wish to return an item, please review the information below carefully.
DELIVERY
Delivery Times
Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
All orders are shipped from Madrid, Spain.
In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. During launches, holiday periods, or times of high demand, dispatch may take slightly longer.
If an item is delayed, unavailable, or affected by an unexpected stock issue, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, size, and volume of the order.
Shipping starts from:
- Zone 1 – European Union: from €10
- Zone 2 – European Union: from €15
- United Kingdom: from €30
- United States, Canada and selected destinations: from €25
- Rest of World: from €35
Final shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide from the date of dispatch:
- Zone 1 – EU: approximately 2 to 3 business days
- Zone 2 – EU: approximately 2 to 4 business days
- United Kingdom: approximately 3 to 5 business days
- United States, Canada and selected destinations: approximately 3 to 5 business days
- Rest of World: approximately 4 to 8 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs procedures, remote destination handling, peak periods, weather, carrier delays, or events outside our reasonable control.
Carriers
We primarily ship with UPS and FedEx, although we may use other trusted carriers depending on the destination, parcel size, service availability, or operational needs.
Varini Studio reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each order.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.
Please note that tracking updates may take a short time to appear once the parcel has been collected by the carrier.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible at info@varinistudio.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or dispatch.
Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Charges
For orders delivered outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, customs charges, local handling fees, and any related charges may apply depending on your location and local regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside our control.
Varini Studio does not refund customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges paid in connection with an order.
If a shipment is refused by the customer or returned due to unpaid customs charges, any return shipping costs, customs charges, handling fees, or other related costs may be deducted from the refund where legally permitted.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend that you note this with the carrier where possible, take photographs of the parcel and contents, and contact us promptly at info@varinistudio.com.
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear supporting photographs
Delays
Varini Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruption, adverse weather, payment verification, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
RETURNS
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with European Union and Spanish consumer law, customers purchasing online have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without the need to provide a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Varini Studio within this period by emailing:

Returned items must be sent back within 14 days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, in a condition suitable for resale.
- The order remains the customer’s responsibility until it has been received and inspected by Varini Studio.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a partial refund if items show signs of use, damage, or installation.
- This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty or not as described.
Hardware & Lighting
- Hardware and lighting items are non-refundable once installed.
- Items returned with marks, wear, or damage consistent with installation will not be accepted.
- When returning lighting, please ensure that plugs and fittings are wrapped separately to protect the base and prevent damage during transit.
Items Excluded from Returns
In accordance with applicable consumer legislation, the following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless faulty:
- Personalised or made-to-order items
- Sale or clearance items
- “Second hand” or imperfect items sold with disclosed defects
Faulty or Damaged Items
Many of our products are handmade or crafted using natural or organic materials. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur and are considered part of the product’s character, not a defect.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@varinistudio.com, including:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear supporting photographs
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same product in a different colour or finish, subject to availability.
If you wish to exchange for a different product or price point, the original item must be returned and a new order placed.

Return Shipping & International Orders
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Varini Studio cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- For international returns, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs documentation, and applicable duties or taxes.
Import Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply, depending on your location and local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable by Varini Studio.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days, in accordance with EU regulations.
