The Turnkey Design is a full end-to-end service for international clients buying or renovating a property in Madrid — we manage everything from property search to final styling. The Expert Call is a private 55-minute video consultation available globally, for anyone who needs expert design guidance on their own project.

Our flagship service. We find the property, design the space, lead the renovation, source every piece of furniture, art, lighting, and textile, and hand over a finished home. You make the key decisions. We handle everything else. You arrive with your suitcase — your home is ready to live in.

International clients from anywhere in the globe— primarily from the US, Latin America, and Europe — who are buying a property in Madrid as a primary residence, second home, or investment. Clients who have excellent taste and clear goals, but not the time, the local network, or the appetite to coordinate an entire project from a distance.

No. We manage the full process remotely when needed. You receive regular updates and are consulted on the decisions that require your input. Everything else is handled.

Yes. The property search phase is optional. If you already own or have selected your Madrid property, we begin directly from the design and renovation phase.

Each project is scoped and priced personally, based on size, scope, and level of finish. Our fee is composed of a design and management fee plus a percentage on total procurement costs. Everything is agreed and fully transparent before anything begins. There are no hidden additions.

A private 55-minute video consultation with Veronica, Varini Studio's founder and lead designer. Available globally. You book and pay online, receive a short preparation form, and meet via Google Meet. Bring your photos, your floor plan, your questions — or simply talk it through and take notes. The time is entirely yours. €450.

Each piece is hand-picked from artisans and makers with a commitment to craft. We work with small workshops and traditional manufacturers — not mass production. Many pieces show slight natural variation between items, which is part of their character.

No. The shop is open to everyone. You do not need to work with us on a project to purchase.
